Kilroy’s on Kirkwood has an unbeatable atmosphere, especially on game days! I was lucky enough to be there when the Hoosiers beat Purdue, and the energy was electric. The staff went all out, preparing a massive Vegas bomb train and passing them out to celebrate, definitely a moment I won’t forget. One of the best things about Kilroy’s is their amazing specials nearly every day of the week. Shoutout to the $3 quesadillas on Thursdays, hard to beat for a quick, delicious bite! It’s important to know this is very much a college bar, designed for students and packed with school spirit. Don’t expect a polished cocktail lounge or a quiet pub you’d find in a big city or small town. It gets incredibly crowded, especially on weekends, and wait times can be long. But if you’re coming for the party vibes and want to experience the heart of Bloomington nightlife, Kilroy’s is the place to be!

Great sports bar! Came here for a promotional event via Jonnie walker. The bar manager was very helpful in getting my drinks together and suggesting what foods to order while I waited. I ordered the pickle fries with my chicken Cesar club wrap, friend cauliflower and the breadsticks per a suggestion from some locals. Everything was delicious, took pretty much everything to go, as it was a lot of food. But this place is pretty awesome! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a fun time to enjoy themselves in this place.
